There are still too many orders coming in and some urgent requests. I do understand the anxiety to get solutions for our skin but hope you can understand if I can't send out on time to meet your last minute request. As a form of goodwill for all the last minute orders, as well as during the period when I am not in Singapore, I have sought assistance from my friend, Bryan of Omhealth. I am flying off very soon and Bryan will help me with all your orders of Sandalwood powder and Aloe Vera gel during my absence. Bryan is kind enough to extend his help to me, so I also want to make things easy for him. Please transfer your payment to his POSB savings account 033485310 first before you email your orders and payment details to his email address at orders@omhealth.com. I apologised for all the inconvenience and wish everyone a great weekend.

If you wish to place your order for Aloe Vera gel or Sandalwood powder, please email to me by 20 Sep 2011. All orders received before 20 Sep 2011 will have your ordered items reach you by 4th Oct 2011. All orders placed after 20 Sep 2011 can only be processed when I am back in November.

Remember to keep me updated with your payment details, which should include date of transfer, amount transferred, transaction reference number, payment for which items and lastly, payment via i-banking/ATM/funds transfer from another bank.

A reservation with payment made first for your order is better because the stock are always limited and taken up very fast even before they arrived. Keep me updated once you made the transfer so that I can reserve and prepare for postage when shipment arrives.

During my absence, I will not be able to reply any emails. I will only be able to reply after 2nd Nov 2011.

Sandalwood Powder

Sandalwood powder is a very fragrant material that is great for incense mixtures or burning alone. It can also be used to make body powders, creams and more. It has antidepressant effects and can enhance meditation.

Additional tips:
Make sandalwood paste by adding flora water to a teaspoon of sandalwood powder. Apply it on your face. It has cooling effect and antiaging.
Mix with water to make it into body scrub.

Homemade Sandalwood facial clay mask:
Mix two teaspoons of sandalwood powder and two teaspoons of water to obtain a smooth paste. Apply to your face, avoiding the eye and lip area. Let the mask dry about 15-20 minutes.
Rinse with warm water, using fingertips to gently loosen the mask. Do not scrub skin while removing - especially if you have acne - as it will aggravate troubled spots.
Once the mask is removed, splash face with cold water to tighten pores. Your skin will be left feeling soft, smooth and refreshed

My aloe vera gel are rather popular for treating rashes and eczema. However, I hope you can take note that everybody's skin condition differ. You should seek advice from a professional skin doctor if your condition is serious. Otherwise, you can start off slow by applying some on a small area and see how it goes. Individuals who have eczema should avoid prolonged exposure to hot water, which can make eczema worse.

Aloe vera works to clear eczema in a few different ways. Aloe vera moisturizes, which helps keep dry skin hydrated. Eczema is often exacerbated by dry skin, so anything that adds moisture will help to alleviate the redness and dry patches characteristic of eczema. Aloe vera encourages healthy skin growth, and it also acts as a protective barrier.

Aloe vera gel can also soothe skin burned or over-exposed to the sun. When applied onto the skin, it cools the burn while it provides deep moisturizing to the damaged skin. It has shown great healing qualities to skin that's inflamed due to allergies, rashes, eczema, minor cuts, scraps and even insect stings.
